One-week immersion focused on body music, improvisation, and human connection.
Each person arrives with their own history, experience, and rhythm.
Throughout the retreat, music, body, voice, listening, and improvisation come together in practices that can be, at once, light and deep, accessible and challenging.
You don't need musical experience. The activities are crafted so that each person can participate from wherever they are, finding space to experiment, create, connect, and discover new possibilities of making music together.

A very cozy accommodation with remarkable and abundant ovolactovegetarian food.
In this space, it's common for people to spontaneously continue interacting a lot during the breaks between activities, with conversations, games, and using their instruments to share songs and rhythms from around the world.

No, the retreat is open to anyone interested, but we consider it important to have the desire to make music and be available to sing, tap on your body, move, and connect in a group.
We will have activities during all periods of the day, with breaks for meals, personal care, and socializing. The pace is intense, but always prioritizing well-being and good coexistence.
You have the freedom to participate or not in the activities, but it's worth noting that the journey is collective and we think it's important for everyone to take care of themselves as well as the group.
The Retreat seeks to create welcoming and inclusive environments, and children are also welcome. It is important to note, however, that the activities are aimed at an adult audience and may require attention and concentration that children generally do not yet have.
As we will not have recreational activities for children or staff to take care of them, it will be up to you to manage your participation in the sessions. If you wish to bring someone who can take care of them without participating in the activities, that person will only pay for accommodation.
For child pricing, please contact Pati at email retiromdc@gmail.com.

We will not make any requirements regarding Covid, understanding that responsibility for self-care and care for others rests with each person. Mask usage will be optional. It is important to be aware of the risk of contamination, as activities involve contact and singing close to one another.
In that case, it is recommended to wear a mask and avoid close contact with others. Should special care be needed, we will provide support as required, but will not mandate testing.
